本題の見方－－－ダジャレ文の中の青色文字は英語の意味、赤色文字は語呂合わせの部分で、かなりなまったり方言ぽくなる場合があります。ただし、フレーズはただの解説文だけの場合があります。
ダジャレ文は語呂合わせの為の文言で、意味の正当性、日本文としての正確性は有りません事ご周知下さい。
英単語に添えられた丸数字は難易度レベルで、詳しくは2012.8/27号をご参照ください。（⑦～⑫は書物には頻出。⑳以上も新聞等には時折出現する。）

　英国英語と米語の違いはいろいろあるようですが、こんなのがありました。
"wearing pants and suspenders"米語：「サスペンダー付きのズボンをはいている。」英国英語：「ガーター付きの女性の下着を身に着けている。」となり、ここまで違うものがある事にはビックリ。現代の日本の方の多くは米語で英語を習っているケースが多く、英国人に対して英語を使うときは本当に要注意ですね。
　このブログの来訪者も、今では米国在住の方（多分語学留学生）がほとんどになっていますが（ちなみに、このブログの来訪者の内、日本国内在住者は米国在住者の５％にも満たない全世界の中で５位になってしまいました。）、米英の言葉の違いで失敗された体験おありになれば是非お聞かせ頂きたいところです。
